A shift in time management

Wow! A key to accomplishing your goals—> Wake up earlier. For months Ive been wanting to:1. have time for an effective workout routine 2. Have time to get admin/marketing and important business tasks completed 3. Have time to work on my own personal development 4. Have time to plan meals for the family and to eat with them around my client schedule 5. Hobbies…..And now I am doing just that!!  By getting up by 4:45-5am and going to bed by 9pm.  Previously I would be just starting my day at 730-8am and still had to fit in the extras and would feel/stress & guilt not getting it all done. Now I feel that Im accomplishing what I need to do and feel great! Try it. :-)
